Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
3-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day refund period from the date of purchase for eligible orders.
To request a refund, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of your purchase.
Digital Products
If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days provided that:
- the request is submitted within the refund period;
- there is a technical issue preventing access to the product; or
- the product was significantly different from its description.
Online Consulting Services
Consulting sessions may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If a consultation has not yet been provided, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.
Once a consultation has been completed, refunds are generally no longer available.

- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for your refund request
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
